This was covered here: road rage incident last weekend
Although that's a really sad deal for the cyclists, but the one positive thing out of this is that at least it was a doctor and not some worthless idiot (although it sometimes may be hard to differentiate the two). I think those bicyclists will be very rich. Hopefully that will make them feel better about their injuries.
