Default Looking for a 33mm rear clincher hoop.

Hey gang - I took a header on Tues. Busted my hand, hamburgered two fingers and mushroomed my rear carbon clincher. Anybody have a lonely rear hoop that needs a home? My set was full carbon Roval Classique Rapide. I am looking for a hoop I can build-up or a wheel prebuilt. I know carbon is not cheap, but having only one sucks (and really looks silly) I would entertain any offers of "wheelsetreestablishmentation" (my word) and neg. a fair price. My wife wants to kill me now that she knows what they cost. By the way, I'm waiting on Specialized to see if they will help a poor guy out.

Back to the header - Be careful in Sunset Beach if you ride behind the shops by the greenbelt. Just past Jack-n-the-Box there is a pot/sink hole. There is always a truck parked next to it and you can't be in the bike lane. About 7 feet ahead of it is a diamond plate electrical cover that will catch your eye. I was going about 6 mph back to the car and ...WAAAHappened? Ass over tea kettle. Shheeaat!

If have been telling ya for years road riding is dangerious and to stay on the dirt where it is safe.

Simple fracture of the pinky and ring finger metacarpel bones(sp?) The bloody fingers were sicker. I had to peel off my wedding ring over a oozing hole in the fatty part of the ring finger, no stiches - too ripped up right on the digit crease. I've got Solvang in 3 weeks...still gotta ride baby!If I keep the pressure off I can still ride. Deano you know Daddy loves his bicycle!
