Default Another 100

We did the easy 100 today. Corona to Long Beach. But what was really cool was all the people out and about. In Anaheim we came up on a group of older folks going slow and I peeled off to talk to them. Most of these folks were in their 70's. The rest were older, yes older!
I stayed with them for a while giving some pointers and just having a great time with them. My group who had rode ahead decided that I might be on to something and turned around to come back to find me and to see what was up. This was the highlight of the day. Cool old folks out for their third ride. They were loving it.

I've been sick all week with a cold, so I decided to skip my sdheduled 300K ride and opted for the training ride of 100 miles instead, but all things considered and as good as I feel right now I do believe I could of done the 300.

Ride time was again 5.5 hours. Weather was a little to cool for my liking but it was okay. Great day

Me too. I did the Santa Barbara cent. with the bikeforums.com folks. Unbelievably beautiful day with snowy mountains in the background. Just stellar. Beer at the end and on the train made for a fun trip home.
