I crashed at T&A coming down the tank ( Or that big rock at the top). I felt fine after the crash, but about 5 minutes down the trail I was having a hard time breathing. So I drove home and on the way I could not breath, stopped at the emergency room, result three broken ribs. It took almost three months before the pain was bearable.Just rest and don't get on the bike to soon.

That's odd, I cracked a rib on that same drop on T&A. I wasn't in bad shape as you though, no ER visit...

Heal up!!!

I raced the following week with a broke rib. Does that make me abnormal too? Either that or dumb.

Healing vibes bighit8!

I almost forgot. Bandman raced with messed up ribs also. He must be normal too!

I was a little hesitant about racing after what the doctor said and checking out SAR boats pictures of the puntured lung.

Default Healing vibes!!!

Noel,
I didn't go to the doctor but the pain has subsided. I don't feel it when I ride but I haven't rode much after the race. Coughs and sneezes still gives out a dull pain. I went OTB at Turnbull a week before the race. Weird part was I may have been too cautious!!! Big healing vibes for you Bro!!!

My case I think was a little more extreme, I would have loved to ride but just not possible. That was in 2006, now for 2007 I decided to get my back this time, gotta spread them injuries around!
