Arm still clicking periodicly despite being in cast/splint which hopefully means its not the bones! Having my arm immobilized for a week means my arm wont straighten out again but I'm sure physio will sort that. Doesnt hurt as much as it did either. Its really starting to irritate me that I'm couped up inside now. Grrrrr

Hang in there buddy... This is probably going to be the hardest part to get through.

FYI: I just rebroke my little finger after a month of healing... Damn! ... and Noble tomorrow!

Chumba Jason's shoulder is doing much better, but not 100% yet. We rode the loop last night and it caused him a little pain, but we finished the ride without any major problems. We are sad that we won't be able to make Noble, though. Next time!

My ankle looks completely healed, although it was this strange pocket of fluid right on the inner side of my left ankle. And my heel feels like theres something floating around in it.

I can ride though and thats all that matters!
I hope everyone heals up fast so we can all enjoy a good long ride again.

No way, duct tape is the way to go. 24 people can vouch that it works for brake levers at Noble, it'll work for that.

I feel like I'm in a really crappy Final Destination sequel, I've been wearing my flak jacked and TLD helmet to bed.
