Hey Keith, sorry to hear about the complications... but, they're just that, complications. You'll heal up soon. I'm still looking forward to the beach ride... might need a jacket though. I got on my bike yesterday and rode around the block. It felt good, not going to push it though, still pretty stiff. Heal up quick!

Hey Keith,

Think of it this way, it's been way to hot to ride so hangin' at the beach is probably the best alternative.
