Not feeling the greatest today... seems I have alot of pressure in my hcest today. I have a bad feeling it means I am getting the fluid build up underneath my diaphram they told me was possible., If thats the case, it means I get a big needle stuck into my belly to drain it for a couple weeks..... Gah, Im hungry, who is buying?

So I went for a ride today..... Damn it sucks how fast you fall out of shape endurance wize.... Felt good, but it was noticable somehting was missing.... the rough just felt weird in my guts. Its just interesting, no pain, just an unusual feeling I guess I need to get used to.
