Nope.... he said i could ride the road if i promise not to crash.

Figure i could loosely interpret fire road as a road....

ER bill came today. 4400 bucks Thank God for insurance!

Really? Did you see a an ortho surgeon /specialist or was that the er doc? My ortho doc schooled my ER doc for telling me to do range of motion exercises on the shoulder. (pretty much moving it normally) The reason is re dislocation is very very high without proper heal time and treatment.

Would hate to see you redislocate it and need surgury. Need you back on the trails in full health ya know.

Heal up Chewy....way to many people on the injured list as of late.

I just got the clearance to get back on the trails after two months myself.

By the way, nice form on the "bone voyage"

Well played sir.

Almost as bad as learning to wank with the other hand, just take it easy on the "therapy".

4 week post crash status:

havent started PT yet due to work/school. (this week)
I have regained all my range of motion and rarely any pain. Occasional pop and crack though.....

So... i did a nice little ride with Nan (dusty) today. We climbed skyline, and bounced over to sierra peak. I took it super slow on the downs, and i still feel ok.
