Glad to hear it wasn't worse...even minor crashes can result in major injuries.

See you back out there soon!

Wow helmet cracked in 3-4 places! That was a hard crash man.

Great to hear that you're doing well afterwards.

Definitely take it easy and don't rush back to riding too quickly. Take care!

I CAUTIOUSLY rode the Loop tonight keeping a keen eye out for anything that might have taken you out. No punji sticks, no trip wires, nothing that should have caused such an injury.

Were you looking at the cute girls jogging on the other side of the fence?

Maybe but I don't remember the cute girl on the other side of the fence. Took a digger for nothing.

LOL that damn concussion I don't remember much. That's the first time that has ever happened to me.

From what I could remember I think was going down hill along the fence before euclid and probably hit that patch of sand and landed on the concrete, wish it's the other way around.

Checked my bike and so far only thing I see broken is one spoke in the rear wheel.

QY - I've got NO clue how to spell your name, sorry - there's some major Fully Loop sanitation going on in your name.

The fun, old, rutted, drop back down to Idaho/Gilbert has been filled in, graded, smoothed and packed down (QY approved )

The newbie killer climb that comes after the nice street cruise has been filled in, graded, smoothed and packed down (again, QY approved).

The way they're moving, I'm afraid the Mormon Hill section is next........ hurry back

Yes,
There is some dirt being packed on the trails. There is a huge pile of dirt by the high school thats is available for free. The trails have been in need of dirt for years do to erosion and dirt of this type is perfect for the trails and is usually expensive to buy.
Morman Hill has been graded already before, however if theres time there might be some installed before the cement.
There will be some other spots like the area after Grissom Park and before Parks Rd.
I know some think its getting too sanitized however this is a great opportunity for the longevity of these trails. Dont worry ruts, roots and holes will be back in no time.
