Have You Seen Him?

geesh. i waited 3 weeks to get on the bike...but I played hockey after 7 days and that was a bit of a bloody mistake. see how you do, everyone's different & everyone's pain threshold is different...but sitting on swollen figs isn't fun.

Thanks for all the responses too. I am awaiting an appointment for mine. It is good to know how to plan my time. All the horror stories I have heard so far are from those who rushed back to soon.

Do not move from the bed or chair for 2 days minimum.
Keep the ice bag on it as much as possible. I made the mistake of just walking into my yard the next day feeling great. All I did was walk less than 50ft and back and then sat down. But I also kept standing up in place for a few minutes as sitting down for long periods is not to my liking. I swelled like I had a pair of grapefruit hanging. I was out of it for 5 days. No bleeding or injury, but it kept me out of ALL action for nearly 3 weeks. Looks like I was one of the 5% they talk about and say don't worry about it. Otherwise, it was the best decision I have made in decades. However, that first night back with the wife was one of the best nights, if not the best, I ever had. |

hey fellas--- I stayed iced and liquored up for 48 hours, feel pretty good. Gonna go to the gym and do some squats then go ride Noble in the afternoon.
not. kinda sore, but pretty good. I can definitely see why you want to stay of the bike for two weeks tho. Now the big question is whether or not we eat the 3 bags of Peas that have been in "heavy rotation" nad duty. once again to those about to get it done: take the valium that is offered pre procedure. I didn't and I got a bit stressed/woozy when the shot to the nerve happend. Kinda like getting top tubed or kiked in the nads.. nausea. I think the valium would have made it a little easier. all in all though, not too bad-- not as bad as broken ribs I've dealt with from crashes. nice being spoiled for the weekend too! |

its just that I would not think a lot of guys would actually do it and would think more of women getting the snipping done... another serious question: does it still feel good after -censored- done? sorry guys... I'm 31 and just got married 2months ago... our current family planning is no kids in 1-2yrs depending on income ![]() |
