healing vibes to julia and jeff. injuries suck!

as far as 1-handed physical activites, I recommend this:

I'm still waiting to get the 5 stitches out of my arm before I can start riding on dirt again. I might go do some sprints in my street in a minute so I can get some exercise though.

    Exclamation OK, grasshoppers...

It's been a while since we did an update to the Injured Rider Report. A lot of people know about Ken's continued recovery as it's well documented here. What about others I know that are still in the Recovery mode or just got injured???

Wrist is getting a lot better, back on the bike for the first time in 4-5 weeks on Sunday. One more week with a squeaky chew toy, next week the spring loaded grip builder, and next month I can start with roll ups and wrist curls.

Last weekend my ego got torn to pieces, but it happens so often that I didn't think it was newsworthy.

    Default Broken hand

Broke my right hand (boxer's break) being stupid but NOT on my bike. Getting hurt MTBing is a badge of honor compared to punching the wall. Two more weeks before it's X-rayed again. Will hopefully be pedalling soon after.

$600 for one wheel?! My riding buddy and I saw a family of four each riding one of those on a local trail. At first it was WTF but we realized just how awesome it really was.

I've always wondered how you clear any obstacles, like a little log, on a one. Do you just hold the saddle with your legs and jump? Also, I imagine with no way to stretch yourself, climbing hills must suck

^^ Need to learn to 'manual' which will lead to a j-hop. Good thing to learn for clearing other things on the trail - logs, etc..

Bike was ok. Not sure what I cut my foot on? Cut just below the ankle bone on the inside. I think might have been the brake cali bolt. Thanks.
