I woke up drank some coffee and then went to work out on my trainer before going to work as usual. Thats where the usual stopped. Was doing one legged big gear spinning workout on my right leg and then it happened...the burn on the left side of my right knee. ode for a few more minutes and then had to stop. Ended up not riding for 2 days. Then when I did ride it went into spasm after about 12miles. Took 4 days off from riding. Kept it real, real easy. Not really any pain, but after getting home it spasmed again. Now I am waiting for a week. Need to get it healed up for the races coming up. Any one else encounter something like this?
