Reed and I were back out on the trails this morning (Tuesday). How's that for a speedy recovery?

We did 12.5 miles on the same trails but this time in reverse. We didn't do the whole loop but threw in some of the Forster Ranch ridge trails.

I'd like to be as tough as Reed when I grow up

Reed knows the excercise well by now and asked for help in re-setting the shoulder. It actually went back in the first time we tried, but popped right back out. We hadn't quite gotten it in all the way. After that it was a lost cause. But totaly agree, you should leave this to someone trained in this motion and not a bunch of hot sweaty mountain bikers.... although it's really cool when it pops back in....
yea its the best feeling when you can pop it back in place on your own. everybody should know the motion speedy recovery reed. wow i just read he's back on the bike. hope he is doing some shoulder excersizes (sp) for rehab

Hope you get better soon. I know how shitty a shoulder injury is.

Ice packs and therapy.
