Update...the police report came in and showed them completely at fault and with no argument from them. I'm so relieved at the outcome!!! I feel bad for anyone making bad decisions in an accident but I was petrified being the person running into them that I'd somehow be found at fault....
The truth(almost) always prevails!!!!
