Get well quickly Brenda. I look forward to riding with you and your TA's soon!

I was out riding Sat morning and did see a chopper low to the ground over Chiquita Ridge. I guess that must have been Brenda...

Healing Vibes Enclosed.

Hope you are feeling better, I've been where you are now and understand just how not fun internal hemorrhages are. I hope you at least got to somewhat enjoy the Helo ride, I hear thats the funnest part, and I wasn't with it enough to know the difference. It took me about a week to feel somewhat normal, and near 2 to get a good nights sleep, after that it was more an amazement of the colors forming on my body. It's not everyday you have a purple leg.

She said she couldn't even tell the heli was flying it was so smooth, and it only took 3 minutes to fly from Chiquita to Mission Hosp. I think she was mesmerized by the cute rescue guys.

Thats one thing about Biking, and the accidents. When you wake up in the hospital, and realize your in a Hospital gown, You Hope and Pray it's the good looking one who got that job.

ouch that sucks! i believe she rsvp'd for the SART ride this weekend too

i once had my front tire washout and i landed with all my weight on the end of my handlebar... i had a nice bruise and my chest hurt for like a month, it sucked for sure..

Wow. Get better soon! I'm elated to see that she wasn't riding alone. Thanks for taking care of her STA.

I visited Brenda today at noon. although she is real sore and has a pretty purple belly.........her spirits were great. She picked blue and white...and now she will have her own special intimate bike wear THONG to speed her recovery!!!!
