Default A new update for back.

I just came from the Chiropractor. After all the spasms and soreness, he was finally able to put everything in place. He said the whole cause was a displaced hip. What happens is the side opposite, cramps up the muscles to keep you from using the bad hip. A defense mechanism.Well the hip is back in place, disc unpinched, OH MY GOD I am so relieved. Still gonna wait 2 weeks to ride.

My hip pops out all the time and when it happens everything is affected. Chiropractors help tons! The key is finding a good honest one. But I guess that's the case with most things.

Daily thought: some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs!

I may end needing to go to one soon if my shoulder doesnt heal up soon. My dr and I were pretty sure its just muscle related but the meds arent curing it. The pain comes and goes but no popping or creeking or anything that sounds like bones or joints. Also having a freagin HMO doesnt help because I dont know if they would cover a Chiro and they are expensive

Good news on your healing!

The good thing is if it is not covered, office visits are 35$.The Initial appointment may be a little more for consultation. Its good to go even if you feel ok.
