Lightbulb Dump the bike for a while

Taking it easy is the best advice; I have had back issues for more than a decade. Laying around in bed will only weaken the muscles and make it worse, so you should do low impact exercise to rebuild your strength. What has worked for me is doing laps in a pool followed by a long soak in a hot tub. If there is not one you can utilize PM me and you can drop by my facilities tonight and put a cold beer on the pain to boot.

Just a little update, getting better, no more spasms but still just really, really sore.Just keeping it iced and heated alternately. Hoping to be on the bike in March.Once the pain is gone I will be stretching daily and as Disco recommended, Im gonna join a club so I can swim.
