Post-op day 11:

With more stretching and activity, I'm doing really good. I've been on the bike again today, about 3 miles!! I took it slow and easy--20 minutes of easy spinning just to get more mobility in my knee.
Back to work tomorrow and I see my doc on the 18th to get clearance for the DIRT!!!

Got the green light from the doc this morning. Had my sled in the back of the truck, ready to go. Hit El Moro- I Think I Can to Lower Moro camp then down BFI. Felt good.
Now I've got a fever.
