Don't let those nagging injuires go on too long without a doctor taking a look at them... you'll end up paying for it later in life. Smotimes rest is the best weapon... hard to do when we all love to bike so much.
Sinus infections, The story of my life! Both of my little boys have one right now as well as me.Antibiotics dont work for me any more, just have to weather them out.

If you've had this since July, sounds more like a chronic problem now

Have you tried warm cloth across the sinus area, humidifiers, sinus irrigation, along the same lines as humidifiers--tea, soups, hot steamy drinks, expectorants (Mucinex is one of the recommendations), last but certainly NOT least--HYDRATE!!!! drink plenty of fluids to help thin the secretions and get them the hell out of there!!!

These are just the basics, but sometimes going back to basics is best

I agree with Wrecker. Lots of hydration, some saline irrigation and warm compresses help me.
A dip in the ocean sometimes does the trick. Not after rain though!

Here are 2 things that I find helpful for my knees:

Serrapeptase (Serratio Peptidase) is a proteolytic enzyme commercially produced in the laboratory and isolated from the microorganism, Serratia E15. It was originally found being used by silkworms to aid digestion and dissolve its chrysalis. This enzyme can be used to digest non-living tissue, blood clots, cysts, arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms. The uses are wide ranging and cover just about every condition that is affected by inflammation and/or non-living tissue and is in clinical use in parts of Asia and Europe. Serrapeptase is used as an alternative to Non Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDS) which are commonly used to treat arthritis and inflammation. Dr. Hans Alfred Nieper (1928-199 used Serrapeptase as an arterial blockage treatment for patients in Germany.

I will occasionally get sore knees from riding too much. I've had good success with Glucosomine Chondroitin supplements. They're available everywhere and fairly inexpensive. I should take them all the time but I only take it for about a week after the pain subsides.
