Default DH last night and CC training today

So thanks to Santa Mann I am working on staying shape while out and thought a litle dH practice was in order last night

Dropped in Earth5 and hit the trail...

Seriously though

Today I decided to get back to the CC training agends and actually spent about an hour going at a pretty good clip on the DOS. Thanks to some minor changes by my inhouse wrench ROB I have a road tire on the rear so that it would work on the trainer without resonating throughout the whole house, and by clipping in my good foot and using a flat on my not so good foot (broken Akle in a brace) I was able to work both legs focusing on ROM on the bad side and then interval with 1 legged sprints on the good side for the cardio...

I hope to be hitting up the beach trail in early Jan... I can not walk on it but I can ride This I am very thankful for...

See you guys out there sooner then later

J - You know what would make your recovery faster and more pan-free, don't you?

I'll give you a hint: IT starts with a "T" and ends in "urner"!

Seriously bro - great job rigging up a way to get some saddle time and cardio work. I've read that light cardio's increased blood flow will help the bones mend faster too.

Happy Healing!

I have not given up my spot for the CC and my goal is to be there, only rather than focusing on a time goal my new goal is to simply finish... I think it is a stretch but still realistic, as long as the Doc says everything is going well next week and I am able to continue training
