happiest day ever
Tuesday i had my follow from surgery on the knee and the doctor cleared me to start riding and excersizing it. I cant wait to do some riding, hopefully will hit somewhere up this weekend

I found after my knee surgerys the best way to regain full motion was to stertech in a Spa , just my experience.
