So I have heard the Fully loop is claiming victims. Add one to the list. Got a little squirrelly and somehow hurt my lower back really bad. I can barley stand or walk and could not even drive to work, the clutch pedal is a bitch to push. Any suggestion on how to relieve cramping in my lower back?

After contacting your doctor
Have you tried stretching, or heat or ice? No idea what is wrong, so hard to say what you should do. If it's that bad you may want to see a physician of some sort to get it figured out. Better to know than end up with a worse injury for the long term! |

Whiskey helps the muscle fibers to get stronger. And beer, especially Guinness, is good for anemia, insomnia, and convalescence, so I'm sure it will help you heal, too.
Okay, I made up the whiskey stuff, but there was a letter from a doctor at the Guinness tour touting the other stuff--not sure if you want to go by the recommendations of a doctor from the 1800s though

On the other hand, I have seen some surgerys work great. On the other hand, I have seen some surgerys NOT work! Anyway, you'll get loads of advice. Process it all, investigate, let pain be your guide and be patient! that's the big one. Hope this helps a bit. Ice in a ziploc is great 10 to 20 on, no towel. Blue ice use a towel as it can burn the skin. Also, never get a funny accupuncturist because laughing with needles stuck into your gizard can really hurt! Good luck

sorry your hurt. If it's truly muscle cramping sometime uping your potassium load can help (bananas). If it's close to the surface Aspercreme can take the edge off the pain. Mix all this in with some Advil and a fairly large dose of beer and you should be riding by tomorrow. ![]() Heal up quick, Mott |
