Default RACE REPORT: DCB Dust Devil Series 1

Saturday the ASU mountain bike team and I headed out to the White Tank Mountains for the DCB Dust Devil Mountain Bike Series. This is the first race of 3. DCB puts on all kinds of races and events in Arizona.

I raced sport which was 3 laps on a 7 miles course. I really enjoyed the course, it was your typical desert riding with some great technical areas. The course was pretty flat in areas which kind of sucked since I didnt have my big ring on. I defintely had the biggest bike out there being on the 5 Spot. Anyways I had a clean race finising 5th in my age group and 29th overall with a field of 63 riders.

Heres a few pictures taken from our team water girl!!

Matt,

I wouldn't expect anything less then a podium from you. Why is your dad paying all that money? You think all he wants is an education for you? No, my man, he wants some stuff to put up on the mantle. Next time go out there and win, dammit!
