Thanks, now I can practice from the comforts of home, without pushing up, the wind, the heat, although I did start sweating about halfway down.
You racing tomorrow Winston? I think we were parked by each other, I'm in the white Astro van with the Incycle ez-up, hope to meet you tomorrow.

The rut that crosses the course is not all that bad for me. My tough spot is up near the top where for some reason I want to follow the trail to the right, but the trail turns to the left...

a lot of the sport/beg people were forgetting about the split and going down the expert course when i was watching the 2nd race... isn't that a DQ?

Day-um! I think she rode more of the course than me I fell in that same spot! Didn't bounce up as quickly (old age, I guess).

The funny thing is that she knocked her handlebars out of alignment from her front wheel on that crash. We didn't notice it till after the run.

Didn't get to race DH. First practice run I had a good run going and washed out through a rut. Bashed my knee pretty good but I was still cool to ride after icing it(pads saved the day). Second practice run the wind had picked up alot, caught some air off the rock pile and the wind took my bike like it was a kite. I went down hard and smacked my head on the ground(poor helmet is trash). Don't remember getting up, or the rest of the run. All I remember is sitting at the first aid station and everybody was asking me questions. Didn't think it would be cool to race with a concussion. Next time...

sucks man, my friend almost did the same thing at that same rock pile... glad to hear you're ok. at least you helmet did its job.

the suckiest part of the whole thing is that allison had really improved during practice and had the course down. i wanted to see her stand on the podium again!

it was a total trip to have a bunch of strangers asking me questions and not knowing what happened. concussion...

hey winston next practice could we posibbly to a helmet vid?? i was thinking about an awesome angle but it would help to have a camera in hand.

they change the course all the time, but hell i do it on my xc/am bike hehe. what bike do you have?
