Ross, that's a great idea. I think I've seen your truck over there. It's now your responsibility to save 10 spots saturday and sunday.

hansen, you're not kidding about instant hand-out reaction. I managed to get my hand out first in an 80+ mph landing when I crashed on a dirt bike after getting hit by another racer. Five months in a cast...

The advantage for meeting up is that we have other people to ride with and we can look out for eachother. When I went up there for practice a few weeks ago, I went up there bymyself, and I didn't find anyone I knew, so I was very reluctant to push it, since no one knew who I was. It was also kind of boring riding alone (with 200 other people there).

I will be there Saturday from 7am-10am and then on Sunday around 8:30.

I just saw this on the Southridge web site recently. I have been running my number plate incorrectly.

I think they need to take photo finishes with how fast we all are!!!! Then they can read all the stickers.

Does the rookie usually bring the beers? [/quote]

answer yes rookie's bring the beer. for there first full season. jk but the incycle tent is a great place to store them in. I'm going to head out there around 7 both days. I drive a older white bmw and park close to the finish line. I might start Sat. on my trail bike for acouple runs to see what it's like.

I don't know. With the number plate in front of the cables, it tends to point to the sky.

Go figure.

I'll be out there with the Incycle tent, and possibly some of our gear for those on the DH team! 'Bout time. Should be around 7 on Sat. morning.

u have to register for SRC if u want a plastic number plate, and then u get a number. but if ur doing race by race, u get paper and a random number

I do believe that DH racers were commenting on this, do you qualify?

Speaking of, do they start everyone 30 seconds apart?
I would also be behind you in the beginner ranks.
