Your post of a couple of months ago inspired me.

I lost 15 lbs!

At the time you lost 15 lbs., I had gained that much. For the next few weeks I gained another 5 lbs. I kept thinking about your post. Well, it was the kick in the butt inspiration I needed. Now, I've lost 5 lbs. and I'm determined to take the next 15 lbs. off by the end of Sept. How? Watching what I eat and drink, and riding more, with more intensity. Thanks!

Nice buddy, I've lost 18 since January. I'd add some weight training and possibly some running in there too (worked for me). Good luck, you can do it!

I'm working on losing 15lbs too.......so far so bad, haven't lost a single lb!

I'm even drinking my dinner like coleko!

They say drinking meals is bad news when your trying to lost weight/cut calories; it doesn't satiate your hunger the way solid food does. Just my $.02.
