Default Another reason to shave your legs

I tried one of these (the Compex version) in the active recovery mode and I was very impressed with how fresh my legs were the next day. Hammernutrition was featuring the Compex version but Compex lost interest in the American market. Hammer is right, the Globus is a better version.

I bought the Globus thinking mostly about active recovery but with some unscheduled time off the bike I appreciate the strength programs. It won't help with aerobic capacity but if you can't ride ...

How long have you used this? What kind of miles do you put in?

Since last summer. I averaged 30 miles 4000'/day last year. Then injured in January. I started up again April 21 at 200 miles/week then bruised my shoulder. When I get back ---
