Default How should I get started?

Hey guys,

What's a good way to get started into DH racing? I just bought a DH rig and am looking for some local races coming up. How should I start training/practicing? Where's a good place.....Fontucky?

Go to one of the races that DenMother posted and look for the DH crews wearing the Path, STR and Incycle jerseys and they will take care of ya. Incredibly nice and knowledgable people. And kick ass riders to boot.

don't forget to throw in some xc/road riding... justin (mechmann) is a prime example of what kind of results conditioning and bike handling skills will do for you
