Hey all! question.

i am sure many of you out there have a small harem of bikes at your disposal. My question is, what do you use when you go out to play around and do some skill training. Do you pull out your big travel trail bike to practice balance and skills? or does the hardtail come out?

Is it a train on what you ride, or a train on a good trainer bike and the skills will transfer?

example: if you can get the front wheel up for an extended time on the hardtail, does that transfer to the trail bike? Does the ability to hop 3 feet on a FS trickle down to your hardtail?
