That seems like a really cool race... what all does an entry fee include? Is that race a "team" race with partenrs riding together or am I confused?

It states that if the riders of a team are seperated by more than two minutes, the team gets a penalty.

But, what does the entry include? What's a team/how many on one?

Unfortunately, I won't be doing it this year. I'm headed down to La Ruta. Next year I'm hoping to get back to the TransAlps. Cool video here.

A team consists of 2 riders and there are several categories. Riders must ride together at all times. I think the penalty is 1 hour add to total time for each check point where your and your partner were separated by more than 2 minutes.

Everything you need — we provide you with breakfast and dinner, a tent per team that we'll set up every day for you and we'll move your gear bags from start to finish each day.

That's what I usually get when I go. The adventure package is popular with locals who have their own support and the Expedition package is the luxury one.
