Ruining It For The 95%
|
sounds like you need a single speed, no more having to deal with climbing in the saddle and/or having the front wheel unweight.....

I made the mistake of putting a 100mm fork on a 2.75 rear travel bike...could not keep it straight on the climbs. solved that prob with a new frame...my dumb error turned into a great chance at a new bike!

Thanks everyone for the tips
. I kept them in mind riding up Cholla today. Worked wonders! I just need to build up the strength and pick my lines correctly to really effectively use it. |

Another thing that has helped other folks is to try lowering your seat slightly. A little at a time. Small adjustments in this area has huge consequences in other areas.
