Default Anyone interested in joining a team?

It's that time of year again, Incycle is looking for racers of all disciplines for their '08 MTB team. I don't even know if that sounds right, but oh well. Here's the deal: if you are a racer, have been a racer and making your big comeback, or even interested in racing, this could be for you. Come by the Incycle EZ up at the Southridge Challenge in Fontana on Nov. 17th and 18th for more info. This is a place to hang out, share elaborated stories, and learn a thing or two along the way. If you are a regular customer at another shop, PLEASE continue doing so!

Thanks for the invitation! I will say hello!

Been a customer of the San Dimas store for years- Usually after riding Marshall! Visited the Pasadena store (for the first time) a few months ago! Very impressed with the shop!

Fontana... See you there!

I need to check out the shop I have heard a lot of things. I'm looking to see which shop can give me the best deal on a specialized 08 DH bike or frame.

Default Ha Ha

I was Hacking up a lung before I hit the First rock garden. I stopped in the first rock garden. I was out of focus and parked it right in front of a rock. That sucked.
I was hacking fri and sat also. I think I am getting sick but It seems like when I ride a lot even when sick I get over it faster.
The dust and inhaling a moth probably didn't help much.
I was thinking about seat positioning I think my seat was way to low. I didn't have the strength to get out of the saddle.
Those are the things that I was there to figure out.
Call me if you want to go practice some DH I need to work on some things.

This sounds like my run, except for the moth and the conservative thing and oh yeah that seat thing.

I blew the first evil left hand turn after the water tower and came to a full stop. Thank God there was a photographer there to capture my every still moment. luckily I only spent like a minute thinking about it and then started pedaling to the first rock garden full of renewed confidence. Short lived as it was. I was so glad that I practiced the same line over and over that I decided to do the opposite and got stopped again. Again renewed confidence. I got up and pedaled if only to appease the crowd. I didn't want to let anyone down so I made sure I got stuck in the last rock garden as well.

My pride is on high for this one.

The easiest thing for us spectators to yell is "pedal pedal pedal!!!!" or "yeah, you got it, you got it!" or if you're CC -- "yeah, find it, ride it... move that thing... shake n bake!!"

I remember sitting there listening to 5-4-3-2-1 and thinkin he stopped counting I guess I should probably start pedaling now...I think I parked it on the same rock... I am down for some practice runs in the near future.. Should be good to go in couple more days...Thyen
