What is with female grasshoppers and mud that makes me feel young and frisky again?

And even though I can't run worth s**t, I'll be out there with Kris next year. The mud is calling. . .
I can't run to save my life!!! I hate it, but you do 1 mile riding, 1 mile running, biking, running and it's not that bad. You leap frog with your partner and keep switching from biking to running. I actually expected a much longer race! Of course the military obstacles are at the switch points, but they weren't hard. The monkey bars were omitted this year, or else I would have been in trouble. We gotta get one big crazy STR/Angels group next year to participate! The fun begins shortly after the mud pit. It was very special to do it in Christy's honor with Chris and Corey there as our paparazzi/support crew.
