Don't forget... Honda Fits have a lot of room too

Where does one acquire the base with the quick release? I've seen CC's setup and now this one so I'm possibly going to rig something up in my car.

The sucky thing about that scion is you have setup your bindings every time you put your board in the slot. They should have the hole a little larger to the binding would fit normally.

I think I got mine years ago at Performance. I bolted it to a 2x4 for more stability.

I have fit three MTB's in my tC, all in the back. Two XL Reigns fit easily. I can usually have the back window unobstructed with two in there.

Just tires off or tires and bars? I seem to have bar trouble with multiple bikes

My Honda Element will take 4 bikes INTACT side by side.... the stock Element comes with rubber floors so it keeps it's purpose. It also has a larger engine stock than the Toyota (comes with the Acura K24 engine)...so you can soup it up as much as you'd like Sorry to interrupt this thread but I had to step in here and straighten out who has the most interior space... **bowing**

I've seen them at REI, The Path, and a variety of other places- not too expensive either. you'll still have to get a chunk of wood to attach the QR thingie to.

looks like they did not finish all the intercooler piping. there should be piping connected via the wiggins clamps from the intercooler inlets to the compressor outlets

I was just looking at throwing a hitch on it, then getting a rack. I don't care to dirty the inside of my car anymore with two bikes, one is bad enough. Though oddly I'm quite sure I've received a couple odd looks with my "I'd rather be mountain biking" frame from sport chalet
