so yesterday i caught my first viewing of the Price is Right, since Bob Barker stepped aside (or was pushed?) and Drew Carey took over.

All i can say, is that while I always thought Bob was a total goof but watched the show as a medical remedy while home on sick days, watching Drew it become apparent that Bob was truly the bomb. Almost appears Drew is merely trying to get through the show fast and back to watching pron

No Drew hater here- I've seen him doing stand-up a few times (funny dirt sh!t) and watched his sitcom periodically, but he clearly pales in comp to Bob on the Price.

Bob I was wrong, you are cleary a legend and a badass!!!

my brother's girlfriend works at cbs. In regards to staff, she says Bob Barker is a major asshole, and Drew Carey is the nice one.

examples: apparently on a wall somewhere there they have a framed picture for each actor/host of a show. Once Drew Carey took over the show they replaced this small picture with him, and took Bob's picture out. Apparently he threw a major fit and demanded his picture be put back. Whoever is in charge of those decisions told him politely that the wall was for current actors/hosts and that like he knows, the pictures are always being shuffled, and he was no different.

Again, according to my bro's gf, he has a lot named after him, a studio named as well, and a giant mural on a side of the wall somewhere there. He also "runs" CBS and is feared like a god by staff.


Drew Carey on the other hand, gave away many iphones to staff during his first week and always had food brought in (IIRC), not suprisingly.
