Jabba the Hut. Or maybe Greedo. Because in the wild west that is Tatooine... I would probably get my ass shot up just like him.

Oh Pac, call me nerd, but I don't think Wedge ever gets killed in any of the movies.

Somebody dig up the Robot Chicken Star Wars episode on Youtube. That's some funny stuff.

Wedge lives all the way through Jedi. You may be thinking of Biggs Darklighter he was Lukes friend back on Tattoonine. They met back up in Star Wars when the General asked Luke if he was sure he could fly the X-wing fighter and Biggs vouched for him.
