lol, sorry i have to laugh at that. our building has really dark tinted windows and there is a section of offices that are against the alley here (downtown long beach) and there have been numerous occasions where we involuntarily witnessed the less fortunate urinate and deficate behind the brickwall that houses a trash dumpster...apparently they forgot that we can see out of those windows.
