I just gave them a call and THEY ANSWERED!!!!!!!!!! If you have a romic and ever tried to get ahold of them you can understand my stoke. If you have an old romic that needs servicing call them ASAP while they're there.

I will never buy another Romic product. I've never seen such customer neglect.

i was just reading on another website how great there customer service is and how they helped a bro out. huh, i think some one was lying.

I know someone was lying. I called and called for a month trying to get a replacement mounting kit that shouldn't have fallen apart after a year anyway.

It took me 2 months and 20 phone calls to get it and they left out a key part and then told me it would take a few weeks to get me that as they had to create it on the lathe. My shop told them that I had just about had it with them, and that I was thinking of just replacing the shock with a Fox DHX, they responded by saying they would note that.

all in all this has been going on for 5 months now.

It's really unfortunate too, because they could've been a real player in the shock market. Mott's example is typical, call leave a message, repeat, 5x, 10x, etc. I hope they build a new shock and SUPPORT it.
