Default Any one seen New Belgium 1554 sold locally

Has anyone seen this beer sold locally? I tried the 1554 this summer when we were on our Tahoe trip. Upon a second trip to Tahoe this summer I was pleasantly surprised to find it in a little store in Truckee -the only place that sells 1554 - in north lake Tahoe. Brought a six pack home and hid it in the fridge and went out for my ride. When I returned looking forward to my icy cold one..., I saw 6 empty bottles on the counter and my dad's GF's kid and his buddy lounging out on the sofa. I asked him if he enjoyed MY beer, his reply was "oh yeah it's the best beer I've ever had!" Little bugger didn't even leave one for me!
Now that I'm back in so. cal I'm trying to find a place that sells it here.
Thanks!

Funny you should ask.... We were just talking about this on The Pre Sale Path Ride... I had this in an Airport (denver) New Belgium pub terminal B if I am not mistaken. I found it locally at a specialy shop in Lagun Niguel and Was told that it has been spotted in BEVMO... Great Beer, has been addd to the Must keep in Fridge list...

Wholwfoods has a whole section of Belgun ales too. If you like 1554 you will find something you like. They usually have one on tap as well. Also check out Hollingshead's in Orange. The best beer selection in So. Cal!!!!!

Lynn,

What city do you live in? One of the marketing reps just gave me a spreadsheet of where we distribute to. I can look it up for you or just send you the spreadsheet. You can PM if you'd like.

You can check stock online at BevMo. Use the "pick up" option at the top of the screen and pick a location near you. They have it in stock at the Costa Mesa Bevmo.

You'll be happy to know it's also available at Bad to the Bone BBQ in SJC. Perfect way to finish a San Juan trail ride.

Tried the 1554 this weekend. Yech! Just not my taste at all. To each his or her own, though. I'll stick with the tasty Green Flash Imperial IPA i also had this weekend. And the Green Flash Trippel Belgian style ... delish!

I picked this lager up at BevMo:

I don't normally drink lagers, but I took a chance on this one.
Great stuff!
