Thanks so much, you guys... You made my day extra special!

I'm saving my birthday ride for tomorrow at Tijeras Creek... too much good food and libations today.

Feeling a tiny bit down since today is the big 4-0... any words of encouragement from those who have made it over the hill would be appreciated.

In other words, is it possible to get better at biking after 40? If not, I'm in trouble...
