Thankfully the AC is still kicking in the office here. I went home to grab a bite at lunch and it felt like my face was melting.

If I'm not exercising, I personally like the heat. Today instead of sitting in the air conditioned lunch room, I went out on the patio to eat my lunch. It felt good to get some warmth on my skin.
Then I went back inside and I was freaking cold ![]() Hahaha, jk about the being cold part, it actually felt good. Supposed to reach 106 today in Riverside YIKES!

Done with work at home, nice and cool hear in Laguna, waiting for Woobie to come over and then down to the beach. Time to road test his new snorkeling gear. Ocean a bit on the cool side 65 degrees.

I've waited all year for this. I haven't missed a day of riding all week. It's 107 here in Corona, but my cars outside temp gauge is reading 110. Last nights loop ride was just about perfect for me.

Yeah, I'm in the Valley, and it's pretty hot over here, but there is some wind. I was just in Vegas Tue-Thursday and I was literally in hell!!! People were getting sunglass tans after walking from one hotel to the next!
Try one of those new yogurt spots that seem to be popping up all around town. There's an AWESOME spot on Ventura & Laurel Canyon in the DSW shopping center. Really good yogurt and they even do "IOU's" Stay Cool |

Very Hot!
Have fun, but be careful out there this weekend. Keep hydrated and do your beer drinking after the ride ![]() I got dehydrated on a ride around this time last year and the effects stayed with me for almost two weeks. Everyone have safe rides this weeked ![]()
