I went to Chronic for the first time and was, umm, less than impressed. What kind of mexican place doesn't even have jalepenos?

Super Antojitos for me, baby...

Cinco de carne asada con toto………. con chile rojo

The extent of my Spanish

When I fist starting going there it was a tiny little whole in the wall. The only thing you could get was beef product tacos….that’s it.

Years later when I went back they built a brand new building next door, more products on the menu and a drive-thru! Still good but not the same.

Don't forget Ricardo's Place in San Juan Capistrano. If you are the dine-in type (family style), the prices are reasonable and the food it very good.

The Carnceria(sp?) across the street from Stater Bros has great food too....

+1 from me
+2 from my son
+3 from my wife
- the dog never gets any

I tried Chronic in L.H. and it was OK, but not up to our tastes

I like their carnitas torta. It's a little small so I need two but their tasty. The rest is so-so.

For fish tacos I go to Baja Fish Tacos. Get the ensanada style. They have a great menu and a few locations now open. The fish is also consistently good as opposed to Wahoos.

x2 on Baja (www.bajafishtacos.net), though I always get the blackened fish, which is ever better than Taco Mesa's.

Well, according to AltaVista's Babel Fish, it says:

I like the young donkey I number two in seal beach and I like the tacos young donkey is also called ' gringó of chronic.

He really said that he likes burrito #2 and he also like the "Gringo" burrito from Chronic.
