My friends call me "The Cruiser" cuz I like fast cars and fast women. Not sure where JoeTruce came from. I think it was one of those auto generated names. Damn!

I see you're an old Socalmb follower and have been paying attention over the years. I don't know. The only thing I know fer sure is that dude used to love verts and DFT & gang. I think Broke Back stoled a bunch of ideas from their camping trips they used to go on. I guess backgammon and tent pitching was always on their menu. Don't ask, don't tell!

My good friend Dave Dunn gave me the name "Den Mother" on one of our infamous group rides that I planned. Something about looking after everyone and making sure that had everthing they needed and making sure everyone has a good time. That's why on my rides we always have a "Fun Meter" check to make sure everyone's is redlined.

BobBurnes is my real name.
I choose to use my real name for two reasons: 1. Makes it easier to associate me with my avatar (I'm not sure how you spell that!) 2. I've never had a nickname and I've always felt it's just so wrong to give yourself one. They should be earned. and never asked for. I've got friends called, "Cheezburger (That slow talking Virginian who sometimes comes to the races with me), The Robot, Tammy, Das Clickenstien, Floors, Fabulous..." Those are cool. Shoot-even my youngest son's got a cool nickname. "Chicken." (Has nothing to do with his bravery! The kid is scared of NOTHING!) 3. (That's right-3. Even though I only said two!) I suck at coming up with names. Even for video games. I should play more video games. ![]()
