palm springs in july?!?!?! why?!?! i'm from tucson and i love heat, but that is just over the top.

That's where my mom lives. Justin took my sis (riding my bike that's a tad too big, er, a lot too big) riding locally once. There's about 600ft of climbing over 8 miles (nothing that is steep is long, and most isn't that steep). She hated it and refuses to go again. Doesn't help that her lungs are probably black and tarred

You know, I was quite impressed with Dani's riding. Her ability to maintain control of the bike while flipping you off at the same time was rather inspiring. I can see natural talent runs in your family...
