LOL...I had a goat like that when I was in jr. rodeo...my dad bought the mother at auction so I could practice goat tying and it must have been prego...Anyway long story short...damn that goat tasted good!!! =)

Hey CC, can you teach me to goat tie?! Maybe when we're waiting for out race runs, we can have a little bike rodeo out at Fontana!

I like that idea! I've been practicing on dirty since I haven't had a goat in awhile...but it's all good now that we have the 411! LOL

OK...we've got to have a Rodeo Queen contest too! WooHOo hahaha!

I had a goat when I was a kid too, but we didn't eat her....at least I don't think we did. She was best friends with my pony, and ate all the weeds (along with whatever else was in the yard, wonder what happened to that neighbor kid)

Anyway, I can't wait to meet Info...MEET, not EAT

BIRRIA DE CHIVO
3 kilos de carne de chivo.
10 pimientas,
10 clavos,
3 chdas de ajonjoli tostado,
15 chiles anchos,
5 pimentones,
6 hojas de laurel,
5 dientes de ajo,
una pizca de oregano,
1 pedazito de canela,
sal al gusto,
5 jitomates
1 cebolla,

Se pone la carne a coser con los ajos y hojas de laurel y sal al gusto, aparte se muelen todas las especies bien molidas, se cosen los chiles anchos y se muelen, aparte se cuelan y se le echan a la carne, los jitomates y la cebolla se muelen y se vacía sin colarse sobre la carne, se deja hirviendo hasta que la carne este suave.
