Default Anyone renting out a room in Orange?

I'm going to be working at Adrenaline Bikes soon () and I live in Riverside () So I am on the lookout for a room in Orange or close(bike riding distance) to the shop.

If anyone has a room or has a heads up on one please let me know.

Thanks

ps I'm also checking Craigslist too.

Pretty sure I saw a "Room for Rent" sign yesterday in front of a home along Santiago Canyon Road right across from Silverado Elementary, just NW of Modjeska Canyon. That'd put you less than 5 minutes from Blackstar, STT/Luge, or Harding, 10 min to Santiago Oaks or Whiting, and and easy 15-20 min from Adrenaline. No idea what they have available or what they're asking, but if you're interested I'll stop and get the info off the sign.

The area around Adrenaline's location is loaded with rentals too, ranging from funky old apartment buildings to cool Craftsman homes. We've done well searching on Realtor.com, or you could grab the local newspaper when you're in the area - there are lots of listings there. And one other option is to stop by either of the nearby colleges - Santiago Canyon or Chapman U - and check the bulletin boards. Always students around looking for a roomie.

Cool thanks for the reply's!

Waldo, if you don't mind getting the info on that room that would be awesome. Or just the phone number off it.

Thanks!

Oops - forgot to post this a couple days ago: Sorry Rob, but when I went by Monday morning, the sign was gone.

Good luck with your search and the new job. I work a couple miles away, so Adrenaline is pretty much my LBS. I'm sure I'll see you there one of these days. And as I said before, that area is loaded with rental properties, so you should have plenty of choices. If you can't find something right now, just wait a couple weeks until the college semester ends at Chapman - lots of stuff will probably open up.

If I spot anything else, I'll PM you.
