I would have liked to have seen that!!! I was out with Fo Shizzle in the 909 paintball'n. At least I thought it was him- everyone talked just like him!!!!

So Andy, Are you fully recovered now? Speaking of recover, I saw Tony G at the Bike Co sale today, He had the neck brace off and said he's coming along pretty well. Good to hear huh?

That's great to hear. Am I fully recovered? No not yet, but most of it is now mental. I still haven't gotten back to the commuting stuff yet. It has totally lost its appeal.

I do ride mountain, but not that longer distance stuff at this point.
