I ate a low carb six dollar burger from Carls ( that's the one wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun). I feel ghey, don't make this mistake
. I just want to make it go away.

Well tonight I ate the entire plate of chicken as a starter at Outback, the full size steak salad and most of a chocolate cake dessert too - oh with ice cream too. Lets jsut say I was hungry OK?! - My weight keeps going down and I'm eating more than ever! Currently running 151lbs at 5ft 11" and my 32" 501's are hanging off me so much that it looks like I'm from Compton.

I eat just about anything to keep my lean 220 pound physique
. It takes a regular diet of carne asada burritos and Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream to keep it looking the way it does. Borracho, I don't know you, but I will try to forget that you had a low moment, and let's just say they forgot to put the burger on an actual bun.![]()

See the key for me was in my 33 years of life I just worked out, ran, and now MTBing. I did all this stuff just to do my real love, eat! Although now as I am getting more and more into riding and going up hills I really want to lose 15lbs. On another note I am 230lbs, yes big boy, but now as I am 33 I am noticing I need a diet as well a workout.

I have dropped about 30lbs from where I was Jan 1. But now I cannot seem to get weight off. I am eating pretty darn good and working out a lot. I think its just because I am gaining a lot of muscle mass now I can see that in my legs mostly. I am at 218 now and would like to get down to 200 and I would be happy. Not sure what to do next I guess just keep doing what I am doing...

100lbs of your weight has to be your ass - it has its own gravity that accidentally sucks in camera lenses!
Have fun at Palm Springs this weekend - I'm expecting pics!Quote:

I'm not a diet guy! A few years ago I was about 220 and not very active. Regular exercise and just reducing the amount of food I eat at every meal has gotten me down to 200. Still not working out quite as much as I'd like to, but weight is better and I'm in reasonable shape.
I just don't pig out any more - no need to fill my plate twice to feel full, in fact I usually have less than a plate and it will do me. The only down side now is when I sit down to a good meal (i.e. Thanksgiving) and I just eat a bit and I'm full. That's ok tho, lot's of good meals to come in life! PS I still like my ice cream, beer, etc. |

If I ever learned to eat like a grownup, I could probably get down to a pretty lean fat percentage and drop another 25+ lbs off my 6'1" 204lb bulk. As it is, I eat like a 14 year old whose parents are gone for the weekend: Too much fast food, and I never miss a chance for chocolate.
In my twenties, I was rail-thin at 162 lbs. That was too skinny. I'd really like to get to a fit 185-190lbs. I think that'd be ideal.

that tommy's tri-fecta sounds bomb. well since im 18 and at a scale tipping 180lbs, and me being 6'3" , i often get the "lnaky" remark. but i eat whatever i want, im sure in the future i will puttin on some pounds, since i almost never stop eating throughout the day.

Thank you all for your advice and continued support in my time of need. I'll be having a large order of chili cheese fries w/ onions and a double cheese burger from PK Burger's in Costa Mesa (great place BTW) for dinner.
