Road to Recovery Fundraiser for Bill Thomas

Just came across this today and thought would share for those interested in helping.

Bill had a very significant and rare spinal cord injury and appears the fundraiser event was last night but they are still accepting donations.

I do not know Bill personally, but as I am currently on DL for spinal cord injury as well (hoping to ride again soon), hits home and wanted to post in hopes of helping his family out a bit.

Not sure he mtn bikes, but sounds like a nice local guy (costa mesa), who like many of us had a quite active SoCal lifestyle, moto, surf, ski, etc. and could benefit from some support

recieved a thank you card from family yesterday. Pic from front of note. Cannot imagine all this family is going through and still rocking a huge grin. It's easy to fall back and dwell/complain of issues/injuries that keep us on sideline then you see this.
