i thought it was pretty stupid until i went on a ride with my friend that races on the pro level... hitting the top of 4th gear at 80+ mph sideways is NUTS

I have been to Dubai (and Kuwait, Jebal Ali, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain) and here is how most of the drivers think:

They truely believe that they can drive however they please (on side walks, thru red lights, on the wrong side of the street) and if the live it is Allah's will. And if they die it is Allah's will. They place their entire faith in their deity as to whether they will survive, therefore liberating them from any responsibility.
Pretty f-ing psycho if you ask me. By the way I learned this for the first time in the back of a taxi. The guy was doing 85 on a street, weaving in and out, running red lights etc. Thank god it was a Benz taxi.

that would really suck to be standing there with your buddy watching someone attempting to drift/powerslide and then the next thing you know your buddy is flying through the air with his appendages being torn from his body...(2:47 mark of video).

i can't even think of a word to describe how moronic those people are... the drivers and those whom are standing on the side of the road watching.

there was one dood hanging out a window then the driver crashed.looks like a perfect way to thin the herd.like mr freak sed let these peeps take themselves out and bring our troops home.i think i herd one driver say ALLAH DAMMIT.hahahahahahaha.then the driver at the end hits the bus,the bus goes into the store and does not blow up for the first time.allah dammit!
